Ultimately, all wavelengths favour one specific pathway,
that of the Spiral,
the best way to conserve energy,
to move and cross through barriers,
in the macro and the micro, the spiral is self-intelligent.
Today’s daily message came back into my awareness thanks to Milton Foster. I’m not sure when the original one was posted, but it certainly applies to where we are today and it felt like it wanted to be shared again, so here it is!
Dear Ones, many of you are receiving an influx of energy. This energy is high vibrating and spiralling, a golden energy consisting of adamantine particles. This is an up-levelling of energy, if you will, and profound not only because you are ready to receive it, but also due to the shift it creates within you.
Because this energetic shift is so transformative and sacred, it takes precedence over all other things. This particular energy requires you to be awake but still in order to receive and integrate it.
Different energy shifts have different energetic stamps, if you will. Some require you to be still and aware. Others require you to be still and unaware as in deep sleep. And others will quite easily integrate as you go about the business of your daily life.
Some spiral in one direction in order to help you release, others spiral in another direction in order for you to receive. Some require support from certain foods or nutrients. Some anchor in easiest with the assistance of elements of nature and sunshine.
How you shift energetically is vast and varied! The most important things to remember are that your light body and your energetics know exactly what they are doing when it comes to their evolution. You will receive the assistance you need the moment you are ready for the next phase.
Trust your body and the process. Embrace your evolution! Listen to what you need and give it to yourself with love if your body is asking for you to give it extra support.
All of these events are proof positive that the shift is indeed happening and that you are evolving and expanding in the most remarkable ways. For every shift you move through and integrate, new gifts and abilities become possible. Your energetic sensitivities deepen.
You will remember wisdom from your soul and have deeper knowingness in many ways. You will be able to hold more light and flow more love to you and through you. You will be embodying and discovering more and more of your soul self, which is the gift and the point of it all. ~Shelley Young
